WMP.No.19941 of 2020 has been filed by the petitioner to substitute the respondents 8 to 10 herein as the respondents 9 to 12 in the main writ petition in their capacity as the legal representatives of the deceased fifth respondent and WMP.No.19943 of 2020 has been filed by the petitioner to implead the Tahsildar, Purasaiwalkam Taluk, Chennai whose office situated at 3, Raja Muthiah Road, Subramania Salai, Kannappar Thidal, Periyamet, Chennai - 600 003 as the twelfth respondent in the main writ petition.
