ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in respect of the complaint dated 10.09.2018, pending on the file of the respondent police, for a through and proper investigation.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the complaint makes out a cognizable offence and therefore, the respondent ought to have either closed the complaint or registered an FIR and proceeded further with the investigation in accordance with law. Without doing both, the complaint is kept pending by the respondent Police and therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, if the respondent Police does not take any action on the Complaint given by the petitioner, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, and redress his grievance.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is is disposed of.
