ORDER

The petitioner made a representation on 13.05.2015 to respondent No.II seeking to record himself as a cultivating tenant over the agricultural land situated at Ka.Sa.No.231/1 in Jothampatti Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tirupur District and in the said representation, petitioner has averred that his father's name is recorded as cultivating tenant and pursuant to his death, he has been cultivating the same. On its non consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted as it is a matter to be decided by respondent No.1 that too particularly, when the landlord of the petitioner has not been arrayed as a party respondent. Thus, suffice it is to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direct respondent No.1 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 13.05.2015.

3. Hence, a direction is issued to the respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as his landlord, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
