Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.3.2015 and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has not enclosed any proof for lodging the complaint. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got acknowledgment.

4. Be that as it may. This Court directs the petitioner to go in person and lodge a complaint to the respondent police, who shall look into the complaint and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
