Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the patta No.105/2014 issued to the 3rd respondent and issue patta to the petitioner as per the registered sale deed document No.1081 of 2007.

ORDER

On 06.09.2014, the petitioner has made a representation to the second respondent stating that the property situated in Survey No.188/1 of Pachayappa Naicker Thottam, Madura Moolachathiram, Madhavaram village, Thiruvallur, Chennai, to an extent of 9 cents has been purchased by him by the registered sale deed dated 07.02.2007. However, patta has been wrongly given in favour of the third respondent. Therefore, the same will have to be cancelled by issuing patta in favour of the petitioner. As no further action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2014, the second respondent is directed pass appropriate orders on the said representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third respondent. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
