ORDER

Seeking a direction to depute any other officer in the rank of the Sub-Inspector of police to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.46/2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the nature of allegations in the complaint, a blanket direction to file a final report cannot be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

given and instead, it would be in the interest of justice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent police to complete the investigation and either file a final report or closure report as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
