ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Complainant has passed away and hence the complaint itself is abated and therefore, no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Original Petition and hence prays for dismissal of the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that legal heirs of the complainant are available to represent the case of the complainant and to adjudicate the case on hand and hence prays for liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
