ORDER
With the grievance that in the UDR patta scheme, wrong entries have been made excluding the names of the petitioners, representation has been given to respondents 1 to 4 right from 24.11.2014 and thereafter. The last of the representation was given by the petitioner on 27.07.2015 to respondent No.1. The respondent No.1 has referred the same to respondents 3 and 4. Seeking to conduct an enquiry followed by appropriate action by respondent No.3, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. The learned counsel placing reliance upon the sale deeds starting from 1960 onwards followed by the death certificate submitted that it is a fit case where respondent No.3 will have to consider and pass appropriate orders after due enquiry.
3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for and taking note of the pendency of the representation dated 27.07.2015, a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the petitioner and private respondents.
