A written notice is forwarded by the learned Special Government Pleader signed by the Revenue Tahsildar, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District. When the petitioner was called for an enquiry, it was found that the petitioner has gone abroad, consequently, the enquiry was not possible.

2. In these circumstances, the petitioner may appoint a representative on his behalf to appear for an enquiry before the second respondent, who may conduct the enquiry and pass necessary orders on or before 28.02.2020 provided the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

co-operates during the enquiry, either in person or through his representative. If the representative does not appear for the enquiry, then it is natural that the second respondent will not be able to pass any order.
