The petitioner was relieved from the seventh respondentschool and she joined the eighth respondent-school (on 21.07.2018). Praying that she must be retained in the seventh respondent-school with the status of Station Senior, the petitioner has submitted the representation dated 19.07.2018. As her representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that, it would suffice if the representation is ordered to be considered.

4. In view of the limited relief sought for, without dwelling into the merits of the case, the fifth respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation dated 19.07.2018, filed by the petitioner and to pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
