ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case base on the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.144/2015 dated 04/04/2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a very cryptic complaint, based on which CSR No.144/2015 is pending and it does not disclose the commission of any cognizable offence. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a better detailed complaint before the respondent police, who shall take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]., if the same discloses the commission of cognizable offence.
