ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e. cross relation massage in the name and style of "TRANQUIL & TOUCH BEAUTY PARLOUR" at Door No.1A, first floor, Dr.N.R.N.Layour, Papanaicken Palayam Coimbatore District - 641 037, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the Commissioner of Police has given Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for considering an application to run SPA. The petitioner has so far not made any application. If any application is made along with necessary documents as contemplated under the Standard Operating Procedure, the -2-

same will be considered in accordance with law.

3. Recording the said statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
