Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to register the PG Degree of the petitioner in M.S.General Surgery issued by the 4th respondent University forthwith to enable the petitioner participate in further educational program/employment within a reasonable time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
