Crime No.807 of 2020 PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition No.5(d): i.e petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders,' imposed by this order dated 06.07.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.10131 of 2020 on the file of this Court.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10131 of 2020 by an order dated 06.07.2020 , that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner did not comply with the the conditions imposed on him by order dated 06.07.2020.

3. Considering the said submission, made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
