ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2025, and sanction service benefits for the period from 2013 to 2017.

The grievance of the petitioner is that during 2013, his service register got misplaced and on account of that, the benefits which has been conferred upon him, as the Special Sub Inspector was not calculated while sanctioning retirement benefits.
