The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294-B, 323 and 506(1) of IPC, in Crime No.339 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are arrayed as A1 to A3 in Crime No.339 of 2022. He would further submit that the FIR in Crime No.339 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact'.
