This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction to the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, to try the C.C.No.10215/2002 and C.C.No.9220/2007 simultaneously and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in this petition.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
