O R D E R

The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.90 of 2011 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Sholinghur. She has come forward with the present Civil Revision Petition for an order directing the trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously and in any event, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Though the respondent has been served with notice and

his name stands printed in the cause list, he has not chosen to enter appearance either in person or through counsel. The submissions made by Mr.A.Gouthaman, learned counsel for the petitioner are heard.

3. Considering the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned District Munsif Court, Sholinghur is directed to conduct trial and dispose of the suit expeditiously, in any event within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
