Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings bearing Na.Ka.8/2006/A1 dated 19.11.2014 and directing the 2nd respondent to refer the dispute to a competent civil court as per Section 21 of the Tamilnadu Highways Act.
