The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to sanction educational loan to the petitioner's son J.Tamilmani based on the application dated 16.11.2015.

2.The petitioner submitted an application for sanctioning of educational loan as the son of the petitioner opted to study B.E. Course. Now, the course duration expired as the Writ Petition was filed in the year 2016 and therefore, the relief as such deserves no merit consideration on account of efflux of time.
