CRIME NO.578/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition Clause No.(a) imposed by the Honble in the High Court of Judicature at Madras in Crl.O.P.No.12012 of 2021 dated 13.07.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12012 of 2021, wherein, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- for the purpose of improving and maintaining the Government Schoos, without prejudice to his right and contentions.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the condition to deposit Rs. 25,000/- is very high and therefore this court may modify the said condition as the petitioner on his own volition had accepted to deposit Rs.30,000/- and granted bail to the petitioner.

3.Once the petitioner ha on his own volition accepted to pay the amount imposed by the court, the petitioner cannot turn bank and say that the amount modification is exorbitant and cannot seek .

4. In view of the above, this petition deserves to be dismissed and accordingly the same is dismissed.
