ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri to preserve the CCTV footages of the Waiting Hall of J.M.1 Court and Corridors of Fast Track Court (Magisterial) Level installed in the Combined Buildings of Court Complex at Dharmapuri for the dates viz., 07.04.2022, 18.04.2022 and 02.05.2022.
2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that some untoward instances happened in the lower Court are captured in the CCTV camera and those documents are relevant to establish his claim. Hence, he seeks to preserve the CCTV footages of the Lower Court. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
4. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri to preserve the above CCTV footages for the purpose of any enquiry or for further proceedings. 2/4
