(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) states that he has obtained instruction that there is no encroachment by respondent No.4.

2. We also noticed that the petitioner is not even a resident of Puducherry and there seems to be no reason for him to be perturbed by the action or inaction of respondent No.4, with which the State of Puducherry has no quibble.

3. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 are also dismissed.
