The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition without prejudice to his rights to conduct the civil suit in appropriate Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to agitate the matter before the Civil Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
