Prayer: Transfer CMP is filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, praying to withdraw HMOP No.113 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge at Thindivanam and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Gingee.

ORDER

The petition has been laid for seeking the transfer of HMOP No.113 of 2016 from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Thindivanam to the Subordinate Court, Gingee.

2. The counsel for the respondent put forth no objection for effecting the transfer as prayed for by the petitioner and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In the light of the above position, HMOP No.113 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Thindivanam and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Gingee for disposal as per law. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
