Today, this matter came up before me under the caption 'For Being Mentioned'.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while giving a direction, at 2nd line of paragraph No.6, instead of "there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent viz., the Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur District" has wrongly directed "there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent viz., the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tiruppur District"

3.Registry is directed to change the above correction as 'there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent viz., the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tiruppur District' at 2nd line of paragraph No.6 of the order dated 03.07.2019 as 'there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent viz., the Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur District' and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
