This miscellaneous petition is filed to grant leave to file an appeal.

The petitioner is a third party to the writ petition. It is averred that by virtue of the order passed in the writ petition, the rights of the petitioner herein have been adversely affected.

In view of the above, this miscellaneous petition is ordered and leave is granted. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order, and list the same on 25.7.2024.
