ORDER

This petition is filed by the sureties against whom action was initiated by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram in Crime No.578 of 2009 registered under Sec.420 IPC. Since the accused did not appear before the Court, action was ordered against them by the concerned Magistrate on 05.8.2010. Challenging the same the petitioners are before this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No.578 of 2009 was completed and the case has been closed as 'mistake of fact' after service of RCS.Notice No.1 of 2014 on the petitioners. Recording the same, this petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
