W.P.No.18499 of 2021 has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in Ref.No.355/NC/2020 dated 29.05.2020 and quash the same and direct the 1st and 3rd respondent to grant approval/affiliation respectively without insisting on No Objection Certificate from the State Government.

W.P.No.18501 of 2021 has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the respondent dated 06.07.2021 in Ref.No.33916/E5(1)/2/2021 and quashing the same and consequently directing the respondent to grant permission for clinical tie up for the petitioners trust pursuant to its application dated 29.06.2021.
3. W.P.No.20654 of 2021 has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in R.C.No. Affln.II (3)/01138/2021 dated 05.03.2021 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to grant affiliation without insisting on No Objection Certificate from the State Government.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that already the entire bundle has been handed over to the petitioner along with change of vakalat long back. Even today, the petitioner failed to engage any new counsel to represent on behalf of the petitioner. Though the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list, today, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through a new counsel.
5. In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
