PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1 and 2 respondents to provide electricity connection in S.F.No.554 situate at Thimmasandiram village Denkanikotta Taluk Krishnagiri District.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide electricity service connection. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent reached its finality and therefore, the application submitted by the petitioner is to be considered. Thus, the respondents 1 and 2 are bound to consider the case of the petitioner if all the issues between the parties are settled.

2. In this regard, the petitioner is at liberty to submit all relevant documents along with the application before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents 1 and 2 for the purpose of considering his case. In the event of filing of any such application along with the documents, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the issues on merits, in accordance with law and take a decision as expeditiously as possible. With these observations the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
