..RESPONDENTS Prayer: The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 16.4.2015 and 6.7.2015 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to send the petitioner's pension proposal within a specific time frame as fixed by this Honourable court.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he joined in the Revenue Department as Junior Assistant on 22.07.1981 and he retired from service on 31.10.2014 on attaining the age of superannuation as Special Deputy Collector. While so, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

first respondent has now framed charges against the petitioner under Rule 9 (2) of pension Rules vide G.O.(2D) No.45 Revenue (Ser-2(2)) Department dated 29.01.2015.

3. The petitioner would state that the officials of the 3rd respondent by misinterpreting the proceedings refuses even to send pension proposals to the 4th respondent and therefore, he made a representation to the 3rd respondent on 16.04.2015 and also send a reminder on 06.07.2015. Since the third respondent has not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 16.04.2015 and 06.07.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
