ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a F.I.R based on the complaint dated 01/04/2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry in CSR No.50/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
