JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the matter has been settled out of Court and seeks permission to withdraw the suit. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the above, the Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the order of status quo granted on 16.09.2016 in A.No.4690 of 2016 in C.S.No.671 of 2016 shall stand vacated and the application stands closed. The plaintiff is entitled to refund of half of the court fee. No costs.
