Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to set-aside the order dated 11.12.2013 passed in Criminal Revision Petition No.17 of 2010 on the file of District Judge, District Court No.II, Kancheepuram, confirming the order dated 15.06.2009 in C.M.P.No.782 of 2009 in M.C.No.2 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbathur.

ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to set-aside the order dated 11.12.2013 passed in Criminal Revision Petition No.17 of 2010 on the file of District Judge, District Court No.II, Kancheepuram, confirming the order dated 15.06.2009 in C.M.P.No.782 of 2009 in M.C.No.2 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbathur.

2. It is seen that the interim maintenance of Rs.1,000/- was granted by the Court below and the same has been challenged by the petitioner before the Revisional Court and the order was confirmed by the District Judge, Kancheepuram. As against the said order, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3. This Court is not able to find any illegality and infirmity in the order passed by the Court below. Only an amount of Rs.1,000/- is fixed as interim maintenance. Even this has been challenged by the husband.

4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
