This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records of the 3rd respondent herein in Bill Nos. 9094210379042003 dated 3.4.2020, 9094210379052002 dated 6.5.2020, 9094210379062003 dated 2.6.2020, 9094210379072004 dated 3.7.2020, 9094210379082002 dated 6.8.2020 and 9094210379092002 dated 5.9.2020 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to issue fresh Bills for the period of lock down, in terms of Regulation 6(b) of the TN Electricity Supply Code and adjust the excess sums paid on 06.04.2020, 12.05.2020, 06.06.2020, 07.07.2020, 10.08.2020 and 08.09.2020 with future bills and further forbear the respondents herein from levying and collecting any sums in excess of Minimum Charges with respect to petitioner's Service Connection No.089094210379, until the lock down is lifted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ORDER
The issue that has been raised in these present Writ Petition is covered by the orders passed by this Court in a batch of Writ Petitions in WP. Nos.7678, 7679, 9141, 9312, 9537, 9538, 9550, 10012, 10042, 10044, 10031, 9825, 9831, 10087, 10091, 10110, 10164, 8852 and 9689 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020. Consequently, the directions issued by this Court in the batch of Writ Petitions be equally applied to the present Writ Petition also.
