JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) A report dated 12.06.2026 has been received from Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre forwarding a Settlement Agreement effected through mediation between the appellant and the respondent.

2. The agreement is dated 11.06.2026. Today, the appellant and the respondent and their respective counsel are present. They have all signed the said Settlement Agreement.

3. Heard the appellant and the respondent who are present before this Court. They stated that they are aware of the terms of the Settlement Agreement and that they participated in the mediation proceedings.

4. In view of the same, Settlement Agreement dated 11.06.2026 is taken on record and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are decreed in terms of the said Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
