After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, while this Court is intending to dismiss the writ petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on noticing the same, has sought permission from this Court to withdraw the writ petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
