This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 344 days in filing the restoration petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. The writ petition is of the year 2003 and the same was dismissed for non-prosecution on 09.04.2018. The writ petition was filed by the petitioner against the order of rejection of the petitioner's claim to confirm him as Head Master and to pay all the accrued benefits. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is no more.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay. Hence, this petition is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis dismissed.
