Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the fifth respondent pertaining to the order vide Na.Ka. G2/ 2163/2019 dated 27.08.2019 and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to issue

Hindu Reddy (Ganjam) Community Certificate to the petitioner's sons namely, M.Pradeep and M. Priraj.

(The Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J) Heard Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Government counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on records.

2.This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the fifth respondent, whereby, the request of the petitioner for issuance of Community Certificates was rejected. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that aggrieved over the order of the fifth respondent, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the second respondent. It is further stated that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass orders on the appeal of the petitioner.

4.The learned Government counsel appearing for the respondents would state that second respondent is ready to pass an orders on the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law. 5.Even though a larger prayer has been sought for in this writ petition, considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass an order on the appeal of the petitioner, dated 10.08.2021, purely on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
