Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents for an relocating the retail shop bearing No.2255 situated at Thennampalayam, Arasur Village, Coimbatore District in the same place contrary to the order dated 25.02.2013 made in W.P.No.23733 of 2012.

O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Learned counsel appearing for the first and third respondents states that liquor shop in question is shifted from Avinashi road to Arasur road, about 80 meters away in pursuance to the direction passed in W.P.No.23733 of 2012 dated 25.02.2013.

2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner still alleges that back-door sales are being carried out from the original location of the shop.

3. The latter aspect be looked into by both the first and second respondents to ensure that no sales take place from the earlier site. On verification, due intimation be sent to the petitioner.

4. The needful be done within 15 days of the receipt of the order.

5. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
