ORDER

The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the Family Pension and Pension Fund held by S.Damodara Reddy, who died intestate on 06.07.2021. The 1stpetitioner is the wife and the 2nd petitoner is the daughter of the deceased S.Damodara Reddy.

2. The 1st petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased S.Damodara Reddy, as Ex.P10, and the 1/4

legal heirship certificate of the deceased S.Damodara Reddy, as Ex.P11. A perusal of Ex.P11 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased S.Damodara Reddy. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3.In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners, in respect of the Family Pension and Pension Fund mentioned in the schedule to the petition. 08.03.2023 Index :Yes/No Petitioner's witness:
