O.A.NO.7870 of 2000 has been preferred before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal and on transfer to this court remembered as WP. No.38111 of 2005 praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records in connection with the files related to the applicant regarding the proceedings issued in Lr.No. O.Mu. (Pa.AA.4) 21001/99 dated 3.1.2000 by the collector, Vellore (not communicated to the applicant) and the proceedings issued in O.Mu. (A1)/5948/99 dated 18.1.2000 by the Commissioner, panchyat Union, Thimiri and set aside the same and subsequently to direct the respondents to regularise the services of the applicant from the date of her first appointment (i.e) 14.12.1961 as Maternity Asst. and bring her in to time scale of pay and issue pensionary and other https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The sole appellant died long back. The Division Bench, therefore, by order dated 17 January, 2013, posted the matter for taking steps. Since the Legal Representatives have not filed any application for continuation of proceedings, the Division Bench, by order dated 24 June, 2013, once again adjourned the matter. Even today, none appears on behalf of the appellant. There is no application filed by the Legal Representatives either to set aside the abatement or to make them parties for the purpose of continuing the appeal.
