Heard Mr.P.Vijendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent.

2. This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to change the entry in favour of petitioners name (N.Maruthuvamani) from M.Inbarasan in view of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.127/2009 on 13.11.2009.

3. As directed by this court by order dated 12.08.2013, the petitioner has not impleaded Mr.Inbarasan as a proposed party. Hence this petition can not be heard. However liberty is granted to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by impleading necessary parties. In the result the writ petition is closed. No costs.
