ORDER

Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader (HR&CE) stated vide order dated 16.03.2023 passed by this Court in WP No.8260 of 2023, the respondent in the writ petition was directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass order as to the reinstatement of the petitioner in accordance with law. 1/3

Learned Special Government Pleader, produced an order dated 21.07.2023 of the Assistant Commissioner (HR&CE) Dharmapuri and submitted that the Assistant Commissioner (HR&CE), Dharmapuri, has taken into consideration the representation and for the reasons stated therein, has rejected the relief sought for by the writ petitioner and passed the order and copy of the same was also received by the petitioner.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader (HR&CE) and the order of the Assistant Commissioner (HR&CE) Dharmapuri dated 21.07.2023, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No Costs. It is open to the petitioner to agitate the matter, in accordance with law.
