The petitioner herein alleging that the dispute between the landlord and tenant, the police under the guise of investigation harassing him. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on perusal of records, submits that two complaints were received against this petitioner and taken up for enquiry in C.S.R.Nos.113 & 114 of 2024. After enquiry, the same had been closed. 3.

Since the complaints against the petitioner been closed, there is no necessity to pass any specific order in this petition.
