These two miscellaneous petitions have been filed to implead the respondents 5 and 6 as party respondents in the main writ petitions. 2.The Pondicherry Engineering College has been upgraded as University and therefore it become necessitated to implead the 5th respondent. Correspondingly, the 6th respondent being the All India Technical Education Body, namely, All India Council for Technical Education is also a necessary party to be impleaded for having effective adjudication of the issue raised in the main writ petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1/3

1 to 4 has not raised any serious objection in allowing these petitions. 5.Recording the aforestated, these two miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

6.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the main writ petitions after two weeks. 7.The Registry is directed to print the name of M/s.A.L.Gandhimathi, learned counsel for the newly impleaded 6th respondent and Mr.Syed Mustafa, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the newly impleaded 5th respondent. 10.08.2022 cse 2/3
