ORDER

The petitioner made two representations dated 28.3.2015 and 03.08.2015 seeking removal of the name of other person, who have been shown in the patta along with the petitioner's name. Now, seeking to expedite the action on the petitioner's representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representations of the petitioner dated 28.3.2015 and 03.08.2015, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to 2nd respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner as well as the other person in whose favour, the patta stands as of now.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. .
