This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the Order passed by this Court dated 21.9.2022 made in

Crl.OP.No.22738 of 2022, thereby directed the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.3 of 2022, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there are totally more than 500 depositors and thereby taking time to complete the investigation.
