2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants. Though notice has been served on the third respondent-Insurance Company, there is no representation for them.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
