The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 12.09.2022 in W.P.No.23015 of 2022, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with vide proceedings of the respondent dated 18.05.2022 in Na.Ka.No.4255/2019/A7 and also produced a copy of the proceedings, which is taken on file and recorded.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the aforesaid proceedings in the manner known to law.
